To empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge, self-awareness, experiences, and strategies needed to navigate complexity with intention, aligning identity with impact to foster meaningful, sustainable change and cultivate adaptive, human-centered systems.
To cultivate a world where reflective, emotional-social-cultual intelligent, and inclusive leadership is the norm, transforming how people lead, relate, and thrive within systems. We envision organizations embracing change with clarity and compassion, where leaders use themselves as instruments of positive change for all.
We deliver expert brain-based coaching, training, consulting services, and corresponding tools to elevate leadership and organizational outcomes.
Leveraging evidence-based insights from neuroscience and organizational and leadership psychology, we help you learn how to best engage in change to enable lasting, intentional, and optimal outcomes.
By customizing our strategies to align with your organization’s unique vision, we empower adaptive leadership to tackle challenges with confidence and clarity. Through partnership and innovation, we build resilience and empower leaders, ensuring individuals and organizations flourish amid constant change.
“Brain-Based Coaching, Training, and Consulting” refers to professional practices that are informed by neuroscience and psychological research—specifically, how the adult human brain functions in relation to interpersonal relationships, learning, change, decision-making, emotion regulation, and other critical workplace human behaviors.
Engage in Change (EIC) services and solutions are led by Founder and President, Dr. Erika Heilman, in collaboration with Lead Pracademic Partner, Dr. Enin Rudel, and a comprehensive and collaborative Engaged Partner-in-Practice Network. Through an engaged network and shared pracademic leadership in action, Drs. Heilman and Rudel co-steward the strategic direction, program development, and ethics of EiC’s offerings and the practice philosophy that guides all services and client engagements.
Engaged Partners in Practice is a collaborative network that supports the reach and effectiveness of Engage in Change’s offerings. This group includes professionals with diverse expertise across disciplines who contribute to the co-creation of practical, research-informed solutions.
