With advanced skills in both academic research and adult education, and extensive experience consulting in corporate, nonprofit, and public organizations, she integrates evidence-based insights with practical strategies to meet complex workplace needs. As a faculty leader at William James College, founder of Engage in Change, and active member of professional networks such as the Society for Psychologists in Leadership (SPL), American Psychological Association (APA), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Society for Social Neuroscience (S4SN), Organization Development Network (OD Network), and the International Society for Organization Development and Change (ISODC), she develops solutions informed by research, real-world application, and cross-sector collaboration. Her approach—rooted in both diagnostic and dialogic methods—empowers leaders and teams to build adaptive capacity, deepen interpersonal effectiveness, and transform the way they work together.
